If by chance you did not complete your payment transaction you will have created a user account however will not have access to members sections.

You can sign in with your user name and password

Go to  My Membership Info page

You will see a section that tells you your membership status, under ACTIONS you can click renew your subscription (circled in picture below) and complete your payment.
