I think it literally was only a few days that I missed meditation. I don’t know why I didn’t put it together that my increased agitation and anger came with the absence of the daily meditation I’d been doing for months. I think the holiday rush got me a bit out of the habit. (Which is silly, because that’s the time of year I need meditation MOST!)
